Students are allowed to repeat up to 28 units of courses in which they received a grade of C- or lower. The first 16 units are repeated for grade forgiveness (meaning that the original grade is not calculated into the student’s GPA). The remaining 12 units can be repeated for grade average (meaning that both grades are calculated in student’s GPA).

Step 6: Select the Repeats tab to view the units used and units available.

The Repeats tab shows a summary of units used, available and unit limit in each category

Step 7: Select Return to Search to exit the student's record.
